Usage

Shake well before use and hold it horizontally for best performance.

– Draw a thin line across the top lash line starting at the inner corner and moving to the outer corner of the eye.

– Repeat until you obtain the desired shape and thickness of your line.

– For cat eyes, extend the line inward a bit at the inner corners of the eyes.
